Lettuce is our first choice for such a small hydroponics kit. Maybe after that, we'll try spinach. Weslee loves fresh raw baby spinach, and would eat a couple leaves a day if he could. I guess we could grow herbs in it too, but I don't cook fancy things so fresh veggies really is our preference for this little hydro greenhouse.
